The aim of the seminar is to address the collection of evidence, provision of documentation for accountability, technical assistance, and funding to responsibility measures. We are interested in whether there will be responsibility processes in Norway or whether our contributions will support a new tribunal within Europe, support the justice system within the Ukraine, or the processes within the ICC and Commission of Inquiry. The focus has been on war crimes, crime against humanity, and the crime of aggression, however there is particular attention on the forcible transfer of children, conflict-related sexual violence, as well as the long term damage to the environment.
